Before the train.
Is English spoken at the inn?
Yes. Arrival, dining, bathing guidance, and all correspondence can be handled in English.
May children stay?
The inn welcomes children aged six and above. Each room holds no more than two guests.
Are tattoos permitted in the baths?
Small tattoos are welcome in the shared baths. A private bath can be booked for larger tattoos.
Which payments are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and cash in Japanese yen are accepted at departure.
What is the cancellation policy?
No charge until 14 days before arrival. The charge is 50% from 13 to 4 days and 100% within 3 days.
